Setting a Modular Triple Decker in Lowell, MA

With modular construction, it only took two days, 12 boxes, and a big crane to erect the skeletons of two triple-deckers (six units in total) at 102-108 Westford, Lowell, MA.

A few weeks later, the onsite construction crew is almost done “buttoning up” the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC connections between boxes and putting on the finishing touches! We can’t wait to show you the final product and share our speedy record from box delivery to Certificate of Occupancy.
